Ministry of Communications, Department of Telecommunications, Government of India, New Delhi invites applications from Indian Nationals for one post of Member in the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT).
The Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) is an Appellate authority established under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997 to hear various appeals under the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997. The Tribunal exercises jurisdiction over Telecom, Broadcasting, IT, Airport tariff matters and the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits an Services) Act, 2016 under the TRAI Act, 1997 (as amended), the Information Technology Act, 2008, the Airport Economic Regulatory Authority of India Act, 2008 and the Aadhaar and Other Laws (Amendment) Act, 2019. Headquarter of TDSAT is situaated at New Delhi.
